Problem: You have not been granted permission to perform the selected action.
Troubleshooting: Contact your Team or Domain administrator.
Problem: Either there is an record configuration mishap, an internet mail problem, or
PipelineSoftware.Net's mail system are experiencing technical difficulties.
Troubleshooting: Check that the record you are updating is set to send notifications. You will see this about
mid-page where it says "Notifications". Check to make sure that your email address is correctly
entered in your account profile. Test your mail client by sending a test message to yourself. If you receive
this message and still are not receiving mail from PipelineSoftware.net, this is a level 2 alert. Please contact PipelineSoftware.net 24 x 7 support.
Problem: You are seeing this error because your browser is not able to find the server at the specified http://address.com.
Troubleshooting: Make sure you are connected to the Internet by attempting to access http://www.yahoo.com. Double check the address on your browser is spelled correctly (i.e. http://www.pipelinesoftware.net) If the above two check out and you are still receiving the error then there is most likely a problem with the PipelineSoftware.Net server. Please contact PipelineSoftware.net 24 x 7 support.
Problem: You are receiving this error because the PipelineSoftware.net page that you were redirected to is not available.
Troubleshooting: Check to see that you have not lost your connection to the internet by attempting to connect to http://www.yahoo.com, or any other site that you know is available. Check to see if you can access other pages in the application. Open a new browser session and attempt to re-login. If you are able to login and can only reproduce the problem by clicking on the same link then this an isolated level 2 alert. Please contact support at your earliest convenience. If you find that you are unable to re-login, this is a level 1 alert. Please contact PipelineSoftware.net 24 x 7 support
Problem: The application has been configured to redirect users to this page when system maintenance is being performed.
Troubleshooting: If this during business hours (8a.m. to 6p.m. PST), you will have most likely been notified if there was going to be maintenance. If you have not received notification, please contact PipelineSoftware.net Support.
Problem: The application is either being restarted or is experiencing technical difficulties.
Troubleshooting: This is a level 1 alert, please contact PipelineSoftware.net 24 x 7 support.
Problem: The application is unable to validate your login credentials.
Troubleshooting: First check to see that you are using a correct Domain / Username / Password combination. Check to make sure your web address is at http://pipeline.pipelinesoftware.net If you are still unable to connect or login to PipelineSoftware.net, this is a level 1 alert. Please contact 24 x 7 support.
